People sometimes dont realise that even the smallest amount of help like sharing links etc could make a difference and means so much to the people trying to do something for the charities. It not all about donating money.

I would love to raise the target amounts for these two causes BUT, for me, it is ALSO about raising awareness of issues related to parental alienation and parental child abduction.

I'm still trying to arrange the logistics of the cycle itself.. I have a confirmed co-rider for all of the stages in Spain but at the moment, I will be cycling solo through the French stages which is ok but would rather have co-riders 👍🚴🏼🚴🏼 so I am posting in groups in locations on the route.

When we first discussed doing this last year, we had support of a family with a small camper who were going to drive to the end points each day but unfortunately, they aren't available this year so it will be tent, hostels, or offers of accomodation at each end stage.
